Annie Sea Recorded a One-Take Set at Artichoke

Annie Sea’s Live at The Artichoke captures a band playing together in the simplest possible way: live, in one take. Sea sings and plays baritone ukulele alongside David Kelley on guitar and backing vocals, Brian Link on bass, and Rafael Otto on cajon and percussion.

Released on May 25, 2026, the record includes Never Keep, Overflowing and Move Me and carries Artichoke Music into Sea’s catalogue as more than a room name in the credits. The Portland space has long combined performance with music education and community, and this recording catches that idea in miniature: four musicians in a room, playing the songs through and keeping the result.
