Paradise Rock Club

Paradise Rock Club is a Boston rite of passage, a roughly 900-capacity room where generations of alternative and rock artists have played on the way up. Its split-level layout and close stage keep the audience inside the performance.

The club is on Commonwealth Avenue beside Boston University. Take the Green Line B branch to Pleasant Street or Babcock Street; driving and parking in the area are difficult.

All bags are subject to a security search. The venue’s published FAQ does not specify a maximum bag size. During colder months, coat check also accepts personal items other than coats.

Support columns create uneven sightlines, so arrive early or use the raised side areas. Check the MBTA's late-evening service plan before assuming the Green Line will be effortless after the show.
