Fox Theater Oakland

Oakland's restored 1928 Fox Theater is both a major concert venue and an architectural landmark, with its elaborate movie-palace interior helping anchor the Uptown entertainment district.

The Fox is at Uptown Oakland near 19th Street BART. Transit is one of the easiest ways to arrive; official partner lots and other paid parking are also nearby.

Small personal bags and backpacks may be permitted and screened; large backpacks are prohibited.

Uptown has food and bars within a few blocks. BART is the cleanest choice for most Bay Area visitors, but check your last train if the show runs late.
