The Salt Shed

The Salt Shed repurposes Chicago's former Morton Salt complex into connected indoor and outdoor venues, preserving the industrial structure and its rooftop salt-sign identity.

The Salt Shed is on Elston near Goose Island. Division/Milwaukee Blue Line and North/Clybourn Red Line are walkable, with rideshare, bike and paid parking also available.

Purses and bags should be no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". Larger bags can be refused.

Check whether your show is indoors or on the Fairgrounds because that changes the entire experience. For outdoor events, weather and footwear matter; for indoor shows, transit is still usually easier than driving.
