Why it matters

The Danforth is one of Toronto’s most reliable mid-sized rooms: old theatre bones, a broad floor and a neighborhood location that still feels connected to the city rather than an entertainment district.

Getting there

The venue is directly across from Broadview subway station, making TTC the obvious choice. Paid Green P and street parking exist nearby, but transit is easier on busy nights.

Bag policy

Maximum bag size is 12 x 6 x 12 in. Small clutches, belt bags, fanny packs and clear bags are preferred. Backpacks are not permitted and all bags are screened.

Local tips

Eat on the Danforth before the show. There are far better options within a few blocks than making this only a venue visit. After the show, Broadview station makes the escape unusually easy for Toronto.
