Radio City Music Hall

New York, New York, United States

Why it matters

Radio City is an Art Deco landmark that makes even a modern concert feel formal in the best way. The room is huge, but the design, sightlines and history give it more personality than a typical theatre of its scale.

Getting there

Use the subway. Radio City sits in Midtown near Rockefeller Center and multiple train lines. Driving is possible but expensive and rarely the easiest option.

Bag policy

Bags do not need to be clear but must fit under your seat. Oversized bags larger than 22 x 14 x 9 in are prohibited. There is no general bag check.

Local tips

Build in time to walk Rockefeller Center before or after the show rather than arriving only for doors. Midtown gets crowded, so moving a few blocks away before calling a car can save time.
