Lenovo Center concert venue in Raleigh, North Carolina

Why it matters

Lenovo Center has been Raleigh’s major indoor room since 1999, sharing the site with Carter-Finley Stadium and the North Carolina State Fairgrounds. It is home to the Hurricanes and NC State basketball, and its nearly 20,000-seat scale keeps Raleigh on the routing for major arena tours.

Getting there

Lenovo Center is a drive-first arena. Wade Avenue and Edwards Mill Road carry most of the event traffic, so arrive before the main rush and use the lot assigned to your ticket or parking pass. Tailgating makes an early arrival more useful here than at most downtown arenas.

Bag policy

Entry screening at Lenovo Center follows the rule posted for the event configuration. Review the official venue policy on show day, especially if you need a medical, parenting or accessibility exception.

Local tips

This is a parking-heavy venue, so arrive earlier than you would for a downtown arena. Traffic stacks up on Wade Avenue and Edwards Mill Road, especially on weeknights. Tailgating is permitted in the arena lots, which makes arriving early more useful than simply sitting in the car.
