Know Before You Go
Why it matters
Irving Plaza is a Manhattan room that manages to feel compact even with a four-figure crowd. Its Union Square location and long touring history make it one of the easiest New York venues to build a night around.
Getting there
The venue is beside Union Square with multiple subway and bus options. Public transit is the obvious move; the venue does not operate its own parking.
Bag policy
Current policy allows bags up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches, with all bags searched before entry and additional search for non-clear bags.
Local tips
Take the subway and arrive early if you care about your floor position. Union Square gives you almost unlimited pre-show options without needing another ride.
