Know Before You Go
Why it matters
The Cameron House is a scruffy Queen West institution where roots, country, folk and indie musicians work close to the audience. Its front and back rooms have incubated Toronto bands for decades, and the painted facade is nearly as recognizable as the stage.
Getting there
The 501 Queen streetcar stops almost at the door near Cameron Street. Osgoode and St Andrew stations are walkable; driving is possible, but paid lots fill quickly on Queen West.
Bag policy
No universal bag-size limit was found on current official visitor or event pages for Cameron House as of 2026-09-05. Check the specific event notice or contact the venue before bringing more than a compact personal bag.
Local tips
Confirm whether the set is in the front room or the back room and whether there is a cover. Sightlines are tight, so arrive before the advertised set if a particular artist is the reason you are going.
