Burton Cummings Theatre

Opened in 1907 as the Walker Theatre, the Burton Cummings Theatre remains one of Winnipeg's most recognizable historic performance rooms, with stacked balconies and an intimate vertical layout.

The theatre is in downtown Winnipeg. Downtown lots, street parking, transit and rideshare are all practical; check winter conditions before walking from farther parking.

Bags must be 16" x 16" x 8" or smaller. Oversized bags, backpacks and briefcases are not allowed in the seating area; coat check may be available.

In cold weather, coat check is worth considering. The historic room is best experienced without carrying a bulky winter setup into your seat.
