ACL Live at The Moody Theater

Why it matters

ACL Live is the purpose-built home of the Austin City Limits television legacy, but it works just as well as a touring concert room. It combines theatre-level production with a strong sense of place.

Getting there

The venue sits downtown at 310 W. Willie Nelson Boulevard. Nearby garages, rideshare and walking from central Austin are all straightforward. Arrive early because security screening can add time.

Bag policy

Backpacks and large bags over 11 x 17 in are not allowed. Diaper and medical bags are permitted, and all bags and purses are subject to inspection.

Local tips

If you are staying downtown, walk. The area around Second Street has plenty of pre-show food and drink. Do not confuse ACL Live with the much larger Moody Center on the UT campus.
