Legacy / Inactive

Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes brought a horn section and a deep R&B repertoire into the Jersey Shore rock scene. I Don't Want to Go Home and Hearts of Stone feature songs and production by Steven Van Zandt, alongside contributions from Bruce Springsteen. Johnny Lyon's rough-edged singing remained the centre of the group through decades of touring, which he retired from in 2024.
