Cloud Nothings began in 2009 as Dylan Baldi's home-recording project and developed into a Cleveland band built around guitar melodies and forceful drumming. On Final Summer, Baldi, drummer Jayson Gerycz and bassist Chris Brown keep that direct approach while sharpening the arrangements. The album was recorded with Jeff Zeigler and mixed by Sarah Tudzin.
