Three Nights of Geesefest at Music Hall of Williamsburg

From December 5 through 7, 2024, Geese expanded their hometown Geesefest into a three-night residency at Music Hall of Williamsburg. Every night sold out, but the run was designed as more than three repetitions of the same headlining show.
Different younger and left-field artists joined the bill each evening. Geese treated its own sets as moving targets too, changing unreleased songs, rearrangements and covers night to night. Material associated with Television, the Modern Lovers, the Beatles and Green Day appeared across the residency.
That shape made the weekend feel like a compact festival built around a scene rather than only a headliner. At Music Hall of Williamsburg, a Brooklyn band used a familiar hometown room to make space for surprise, community and three distinct shows.
