White River Amphitheatre

White River Amphitheatre opened in 2003 on the Muckleshoot reservation near Auburn and gives the Seattle-Tacoma region a large outdoor room with Mount Rainier country as its wider setting. The pavilion and lawn attract major tours that want more capacity than the city’s smaller outdoor stages.

White River Amphitheatre is remote enough that the drive is part of the night. Follow the official route, leave early and expect the limited approach roads to back up in both directions. Rideshare is not a reliable shortcut after a sold-out show.
