Théâtre Beanfield (formerly Théâtre Corona)

Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Why it matters

The former Corona is one of Montreal’s more characterful mid-sized theatres, with a sloped floor, ornate details and a neighborhood setting that feels removed from the larger downtown rooms.

Getting there

The venue is at 2490 Notre-Dame Street West. Lionel-Groulx Metro is within walking distance. The theatre does not have its own parking, though a paid lot is listed nearby on Atwater Avenue.

Bag policy

Large bags are not authorized and are not accepted at coat check. The venue does not publish a precise size limit in its current FAQ, so bring only a small personal bag.

Local tips

Take the Metro if possible. Little Burgundy and Saint-Henri have strong food and bar options nearby, making this a good venue to build the night around rather than driving in just for doors.
