The Caribou Room

The Caribou Room puts serious concert infrastructure into a mountain-town room: a Meyer Sound system, balcony sightlines and a purpose-built recording control room. Reclaimed wood and an adapted building give it a different character from a generic black-box club. The sustainability story is concrete, too, with solar equipment and reused materials built into the operation. Come for the close-up show; the room is also equipped to preserve what happens onstage.

The venue is north of downtown Nederland, near Highway 72 and County Road 128, at 55 Indian Peaks Drive. On-site private parking is listed by the venue. Plan the trip home before the show; the official policies page lists Peaceful Rides as a transport option. Confirm availability directly rather than assuming an on-demand pickup.

Small personal items such as purses are allowed. Backpacks and larger bags must be checked at the coat check or left in a vehicle. Check the specific event for additional restrictions.

The venue provides free earplugs at the bar. The building is ADA compliant; guests who need special seating should contact info@thecaribouroom.com in advance. On all-ages nights, guests under 18 must remain with a parent or guardian. The kitchen and two bars mean dinner can be part of the visit; check the show listing for that night's service and age rules.
