Spectrum Center

Spectrum Center opened in 2005 in the middle of Uptown Charlotte and was designed around that downtown location. Home to the Hornets, it also benefits from direct light-rail access, which gives arena concerts here a much easier arrival than many car-dependent Southern venues.

Use the CTC/Arena light rail stop for Spectrum Center if it fits your route. The building is in the middle of Uptown Charlotte, so hotels, restaurants and most downtown parking are within walking distance.

Before travelling to Spectrum Center, open its official A–Z, FAQ or guest guide and confirm the concert's bag dimensions. A small essentials-only setup is the safest choice when an event notice is more restrictive.

Use the CTC/Arena light-rail stop if it fits your route. Uptown restaurants and hotels are close enough to walk, so this is one of those venues where parking directly beside the building is rarely worth the extra traffic.
