Rogers Centre

Rogers Centre opened as SkyDome in 1989 and was a global engineering story because of its fully retractable roof. Decades of Blue Jays games and stadium concerts made the building part of Toronto’s identity, and recent renovations have given the old dome a much better interior life without changing its central location.

Union Station is the transit anchor for Rogers Centre and is only a short walk away through downtown Toronto. GO Transit, TTC and regional rail all converge there. Driving into the Entertainment District for a stadium concert usually adds more friction than it solves.

Before travelling to Rogers Centre, open its official A–Z, FAQ or guest guide and confirm the concert's bag dimensions. A small essentials-only setup is the safest choice when an event notice is more restrictive.

Union Station is only a few minutes away through the downtown pedestrian network, so transit is far easier than driving. The Entertainment District and waterfront offer endless pre-show options. After the encore, walk east or north before ordering a car if Union Station is not your route.
