Why it matters

Toronto’s lakefront summer amphitheatre has been a major touring stop for decades. The open-air pavilion, lawn and waterfront location make it one of the city’s defining warm-weather concert experiences.

Getting there

The venue is at Ontario Place on Lake Shore Boulevard West. Transit, GO connections through Exhibition, rideshare and cycling are usually better than trying to drive directly into a sold-out show. Parking in the area can be slow and event-dependent.

Bag policy

Maximum bag size is 12 x 6 x 12 in. Bags larger than 6 x 9 in must be single-compartment and clear. Bags 6 x 9 in or smaller do not need to be clear. Backpacks are not permitted.

Local tips

Plan for wind and cooler air off the lake after sunset. The walk from Exhibition station is manageable, and leaving on foot toward Liberty Village before calling a rideshare can be easier than waiting at the venue.
