Why it matters

The Orpheum is a grand historic theatre in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Its ornate interior and strong acoustics make concerts feel formal without losing warmth.

Getting there

The theatre is downtown on Smithe Street and is easy to reach by SkyTrain, bus or walking from central hotels. Paid garages are plentiful nearby, but there is no need to drive if you are already downtown.

Bag policy

Large bags are checked at coat check. The venue does not publish a single fixed size threshold on its main venue page, so bring a small personal bag if possible. Wheeled items must remain in the lobby or coat check.

Local tips

Arrive early enough to look around the building. If you are downtown, walk or use transit rather than adding parking to the night. Granville and Robson have plenty of pre-show options within a few blocks.
