MetLife Stadium is where New York-area tours go when an arena is not enough. Open since 2010 in the Meadowlands, its 80,000-plus scale has made it a regular home for multi-night stadium runs by the biggest artists in the world.

NJ Transit operates Meadowlands rail service for major events, connecting through Secaucus Junction and stopping at the stadium. Drivers should buy parking in advance and approach the lot assigned to their pass because the road network separates traffic by lot and entrance.

Permitted bags are clear bags no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, one-gallon clear freezer bags, or small non-clear clutch-style bags no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches. Medically necessary items are allowed after inspection at a designated gate.

Do not treat East Rutherford like Manhattan. Check whether Meadowlands rail or Coach USA event service is operating, buy the correct ticket before leaving and expect a queue for the return trip through Secaucus after a sold-out concert.
