Kimo Theatre

Albuquerque's 1927 KiMo Theatre is a rare Pueblo Deco landmark, combining Indigenous motifs and Art Deco geometry in a downtown performance space unlike a standard movie palace.

KiMo is on Central Avenue in downtown Albuquerque. Parking is available behind the theatre, in the 5th and Copper garage, and at other nearby lots and meters.

Large bags should be left in the vehicle. All bags are subject to search.

The Pueblo Deco building is one of the reasons to go. Arrive early enough to look around the theatre and use downtown rather than treating it as a generic room.
