KeyBank Center

KeyBank Center opened in 1996 on Buffalo’s waterfront and has grown into the anchor of the Canalside entertainment district. Home to the Sabres, it also gives western New York a full-scale arena stop within a few minutes of downtown hotels and the city’s older sports and music neighborhoods.

Metro Rail reaches the Buffalo waterfront and puts you near KeyBank Center. Canalside and the Cobblestone District are walkable from the arena. If you are driving during winter, build lake-effect conditions into the trip even when roads elsewhere in the region look clear.
