Why it matters
Coors Field brings stadium concerts into downtown Denver rather than a remote sports complex. The Rocky Mountains beyond the outfield and the LoDo setting give large tours a sense of place that enclosed football stadiums cannot match.
Getting there
The ballpark is walkable from Union Station, with regional rail, light rail and buses converging there. Downtown garages exist, but train service avoids post-show street congestion.
Bag policy
Only soft-sided, single-pocket bags and containers up to 16 x 16 x 8 in are allowed. All permitted bags are searched.
Local tips
Altitude, sun and fast-changing weather matter in the open bowl. Check the concert entrance and floor-access instructions, then plan the return around the last rail departure.
