Bell Centre

Bell Centre opened in 1996 as the successor to the Montreal Forum and carries the history of the Canadiens into a modern downtown arena. Its steep seating bowl and intense local atmosphere make concerts here feel larger and louder than a typical arena date.

Bell Centre is directly connected to downtown Montreal's transit and pedestrian network. Metro, commuter rail and walking from downtown hotels are generally easier than driving.

Backpacks, coolers and sports bags are prohibited. Small personal bags may be permitted, but event-specific restrictions apply, so check the official FAQ before the show.

If you are staying downtown, leave the car parked. The arena is surrounded by bars, restaurants and transit, so there is little reason to build the night around parking.
