Ace of Spades

Ace of Spades is Sacramento's primary downtown club for rock, punk, metal, hip-hop and alternative tours. Its 1,000-person scale gives the city a needed step between small bars and Golden 1 Center.

The venue is on R Street in the downtown grid. Sacramento Regional Transit light rail stops nearby, and paid lots are available around the R Street Corridor.

Allowed Size: Bags and purses up to 12” x 6” x 12” are permitted.

Searches: All bags are subject to a search by security staff prior to entry.

Non-clear bags: Opaque or non-clear bags may be subject to additional screening or stricter size limitations depending on the specific tour or event guidelines.

Prohibited Bags: Large backpacks and oversized luggage are generally not permitted on the general admission floor for safety and space reasons.

The floor is standing and lines form along R Street. Check downtown event traffic, use light rail when practical and verify the show's age restriction.
