Abbotsford Centre

Abbotsford Centre opened in 2009 and has become the Fraser Valley’s main indoor entertainment room, now with a stronger identity as home to the AHL’s Abbotsford Canucks. It gives fans east of Vancouver a meaningful concert stop without making every arena night a trip into the city.

Abbotsford Centre is a suburban arena, so driving is the normal approach. Use the official parking areas and allow for Highway 1 and local event traffic if you are coming from Vancouver or elsewhere in the Fraser Valley.

Entry screening at Abbotsford Centre follows the rule posted for the event configuration. Review the official venue policy on show day, especially if you need a medical, parenting or accessibility exception.

The building is beside the University of the Fraser Valley rather than a downtown nightlife district. Driving is the normal choice, so buy parking if the event offers it and plan your meal elsewhere before you arrive. Highway 1 traffic can affect even early evening shows.
