Resolute Records

Resolute is useful for a new-vinyl shopping list, especially when current releases and reissues matter more than secondhand surprises. The shop moved to 703A Queen Street West in 2026, bringing it to street level from its earlier upstairs space. That change is substantial enough to make older directions unreliable, even though the business remains on the same general Queen West route. Its catalogue and regular arrivals let you narrow a visit around particular releases, with accessories alongside the records. The nearby Cosmos rooms offer a contrasting collection-driven browse, which makes the two businesses a sensible pairing. Start with the release you came for at Resolute, then leave room in the day for less predictable stock farther east.

New vinyl releases and reissues, plus record accessories.

703A Queen Street West, at street level. Do not use the previous upstairs address at 658 Queen. The new shop is west of Bathurst on the Queen West strip.

Combine a planned new-vinyl purchase here with a dig through Cosmos' nearby Queen Street rooms. Check that an item is available now, rather than on preorder, before building the trip around it.
