Mushroomhead

Mushroomhead began in Cleveland in 1993, using masks to separate the musicians' new project from their other local bands. The early independent albums combined heavy guitar, keyboards and contrasting vocal parts. XX collected material from those records for a wider release, followed by XIII. Their stage shows carried the same interest in theatrical presentation, with costumes and additional percussion built into the performance.
