Miles Mosley

  • United States
  • Jazz, Fusion & Instrumental

Miles Mosley uses an upright bass as both a rhythm instrument and a lead voice, adding effects, bowing and distortion to its acoustic sound. The Los Angeles musician is part of the West Coast Get Down collective and also sings and writes his own material. His album Uprising connects that bass playing with soul vocals, funk rhythms and ensemble jazz.
