Holly Bowling

  • Jazz, Fusion & Instrumental

Pianist Holly Bowling is best known for translating the improvisational music of Phish and the Grateful Dead into detailed solo-piano performances without stripping away the architecture of the jams. Classically trained and based in San Francisco, she has also played with Ghost Light, Phil Lesh & Friends and Greensky Bluegrass, moving naturally between composed interpretation and open improvisation.
