Danko Jones

Danko Jones is a Toronto hard-rock trio named for its singer and guitarist, with bassist John Calabrese alongside him since the band's 1996 beginnings. Short riffs, a punchy rhythm section and Jones' half-sung, half-spoken delivery give the songs their shape. Born a Lion established the band's album catalogue, and extensive touring helped build an audience well beyond Canada.
